Do you accept returns?
As a small artisan business I cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Pieces are made in small batches and collections vary so it is difficult for me to resale any items.
Can I put my piece in the microwave and dishwasher?
All pieces are microwave and top rack dishwasher safe. But for best results and longevity handwashing is recommended. Avoid sudden temperature changes. All glazes are non-toxic and food safe.
An important note on safety and care of candle holders…
Do not let candles burn down below into the vessel. Replace with a new candle once it burns down to ~1cm above the top of opening.
I bought one piece - can I order another one?
I have some signature pieces that I make frequently for each quarterly shop update (spring, summer, fall, and winter) but others that are one offs. From time to time, I will also be opening the shop for pre-orders – where I take specific orders for customers. Find out more by signing up to my quarterly email newsletter or follow me on Instagram.
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship within Canada, but international shipping is available on email request. I also offer local pickup in Downtown, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver at stockist locations during business hours.
Do you do commissions or supply wholesale?
If you are a coffee shop, restaurant, retailer, or corporate client, we’d love to make some work for you. To help us understand the scope of what you'd like, please email me with a brief description of your request including:
Types of pieces: bowls, mugs, plates, vase, sculptural centrepiece etc.
Approximate qualities
Timeframe: note 3-4 weeks’ timeframe is typical.
Anything you think is relevant
Due to my small-scale production process, I only offer one-off commissions on larger scale or sculptural pieces. If there are specific pieces you’re interested in, feel free to email me and I’ll see what I can do.
